Logo for a gaming company called Tiki Tantrum I created of a tiki chief holding a shrunken head.
This job was perfect for me, since I love drawing tiki art so much. The client really dug the style of another tiki character I had created, so I tried my best to expand on that and make it the best one I’ve done so far. The logo is being used as the intro screen on several games and apps developed but he company.

Another design I created for Hulk Hogan’s beach bar, featuring the great Andre the Giant, out-drinking the Hulkster in a drinking contest on the beach.
It’s always a fun honor to work with TWO sports icons in one design. It was a lot of fun translating the pro wrestlers into a more fun, cartoony style.

This was a really fun series of apparel designs I illustrated for new outdoor lifestyle brand called Camel Toes, featuring an athletic camel mascot interacting with his female fans in different sports and fitness situations.
We tried to squeeze in as much activity, detail, and characters into each design that we could. The mascot himself was carefully designed in a way that made it easy to draw him doing all sorts of different activities. I also designed the logo and text style for the brand.

Super humbling to be able to work for one of my childhood heroes, Hulk Hogan. He owns a beach shop down in Florida, and liked my colorful beach graphics. We created a few designs for his shop that involves their Shark mascot punking the Hulkster in different ways. Very easy guy to work with, and tons of fun, BROTHER!

T-shirt illustration I created for Great Lakes Graphics featuring a dive bar home to shady looking sharks, slutty mermaids, and deep-sea diving gorillas.
The design is black and white on the shirt until the wearer goes out into the sun, and the colors are revealed!

Owner of the Heavenly brand resort hired me to create this t-shirt design for his ranch, illustrating his likeness and his dog chilling on the beach in a hammock.
I tried to render this one a little differently than my previous beach designs, using a softer pencil for the lineart instead of a thicker, chunkier ink brush and then doing more of the rendering in the coloring stage. I like the result!

Beach Shrimp Festival T-Shirt Design

Fun limited color silkscreen t-shirt I created for a Shrimp Gumbo festival in Alabama featuring a handsome shrimp serenading a beautiful shrimps and the rest of the beach-goers.
The design was a fun challenge because the client liked my colorful full-color beach designs, and wanted something similar. But we could only use a limited silk-screen palette. I used halftones to cheat on some colors. We chose to draw the scene at night to make it unique to the previous year’s designs.

Description:
I created this poster illustration of a motorcycle on the beach for the Wasaga Beach Rally in 2016.
Never been to the beach, but it looks amazing – it’s part of the longest fresh water beach in the world, located in Ontario Canada. The rally is one of the biggest around apparently – it was a thrill to be hired to do the t-shirt.

Description:
I illustrated this t-shirt design for Bongjour in conjunction with the popular Chief Greenbud to celebrate his song “It’s 4:20 Somewhere,” a parody of Jimmy Buffet’s tune. The design was printed as full-color direct to garment. For this design, I tried a new technique: instead of inking the design, I just scanned in my pencil drawing (which was done on paper) and colored the piece underneath the pencils. I’m pretty happy with the result – it gives it a more realistic, and vibrant, and softer feel.

The client wanted a French Bulldog character designed to represent the brand, and we plan on creating a line of apparel and marketing materials with the character in different situations. Description:
I created this t-shirt illustration of a surfing cartoon shark for a children’s line of beach themed clothing. The shirt uses special inks that only appear in the sunlight – so when indoors, the shirt appears as just the lineart. Once you take the shirt outside, the colors magically appear. It’s a really cool effect.

The illustration features caricatures of DIY celebrities Anitra Mecadon, Jason Cameron, Chris Grundy, Jeff Devlin, and Stephen Fanuka on the beach. It was a challenge to fit all of these characters into such a tight space, while still keeping them recognizable.
