This was a logo I designed for a Russ group featuring Beast Coast an American Hip Hop group that is based out of Brooklyn, New York.
The design was for apparel and a vehicle wrap for the russefeiring tradition. If you haven’t heard of it, basically russefeiring involves an entire class of Norwegian students renting a bus (a Russebuss), painting every inch of it with really cool street art, and then partying in it night and day for an entire month during graduation. The different classes wear their designs ever where they go as they clash with rival classes. I’ve done a bunch of these now, and really enjoy it. Crazy Joe Russ Logo
Crazy Joe is a devious old-timey robber, shown here smiling with a smoking gun and lit cigar. The design was for apparel and a vehicle wrap for the russefeiring tradition. New Hong Kong
Description:
The band New Hong Kong hired me to illustrate their album cover for The King Makes The Rules, showing a bunch of evil monsters sparring with a young vampire hunter.
The band wanted it to be creepy but still fun, so I kept the gore to a minimum and the colors saturated. I illustrated the mummy, werewolf, zombie, and pirate skeleton in a heavy brushed ink style, trying to emulate the amazing Tales from the Crypt covers by Jack Davis. The band was really fun to work with, and the final result ended up fitting their music perfectly.
Client Testimonial:
This looks amazing and everyone loves it. We’re super excited—it turned out amazing as I knew it would.

Technical Tactical
Description:
Logo design I created for the online gun and armor shop, Technical Tactical, featuring their new mascot, this lovely lady holding a giant rifle.
No subtlety necessary! I love jobs like this every once and awhile, where you don’t have to think too much. We knew going in we just needed a badass character, attractive, and deadly, drawn in a colorful and bold style to represent the brand.
Client Testimonial:
It looks great! I really love it

Moonshine Bandits
Description:
T-shirt design and poster I was hired to create for the popular band, the Moonshine Bandits, where I was asked to draw the band members as skeletons driving their iconic off-road limo.
We chose to take a Big Daddy Roth approach, and make the characters larger than life so we could really focus on the small characteristics (such as the tattoos, hair-styles, etc) that make them identifiable. Set up for silk-screening with under six colors.
Client Testimonial:
Love! Thanks and look forward to working together again.

Hey man, don’t tread on my badass illustration of a rattlesnake and his fully loaded rifle. It’s just not a good idea.
Licensing this for your own custom patriot t-shirt design though? GREAT idea.
This pre-existing artwork is available for licensing, for most uses.
All of the images are high-resolution, at least 14 inches tall/wide, and are separated from their backgrounds.
Once you purchase a license to an image, I will send you a layered Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator file (depending on the type of artwork), along with a licensing agreement.
I can also modify the images (ie. place them on templates, add your logo, change colors) for an additional fee.
All text can be modified.

Description:
Illustration of a zombie police officer I created in Manga Studio and Adobe Photoshop for a motorcycle club of state troopers for their club seal and apparel. This was based on a similar design I created a couple years ago with a digitally painted zombie gunslinger. It was a lot of fun to revisit the same concept, but in a different style, and with my skills improved a little.
Custom mascot character design I created for a vinyl wrap for a bus, and other apparel for a club in Norway, depicting an angry gun-toting gangster. The client approached me looking for a character and logo design for their club, and wanted something intimidating but also kind of fun.
I created this graphic for the “Crooks,” and provided the final graphics in different pieces and colors, so they could get as many uses from it as possible.
