Seed-grower and packager Death Row Seeds hired me to illustrate this logo design for their website and packaging, of a friendly escaped convict proudly showing off his horticulture skills.
I was hired by a fabric pot manufacturer for growing plants to create a t-shirt for their conventions featuring this hipster bear character we came up with, holding one of their fabric pots. They wanted something that displayed their product in a way that people would want to wear, even if they weren’t familiar with the product. This was printed with direct-to-garment full-color printing. They were kind enough to send me a shirt, and it turned out great!

Weird and fun commission poster I illustrated of a Venus Fly Trap emerging from a toilet in a decrepit bathroom chomping on a guitar.
The artwork was done on request for a private collector who packed this piece with symbolism that probably only makes sense to him, haha. But sometimes, that can be the most fun, to just draw and explore, and not be so pinned down to reality. This was created completely in Manga Studio, and I published a live digital painting demonstration on YouTube as I worked.

They wanted something that displayed their product in a way that people would want to wear, even if they weren’t familiar with the product. Naturally, I went with a skull. The design was set up for limited color silk-screen (I believe 4 colors). They were kind enough to send me a shirt, and it turned out great!
